By accessing or using ApplyCDCP.ca(the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SOHA2Y LLC operates ApplyCDCP.ca to provide private, independent administrative assistance to individuals who want help preparing and submitting an application to the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). We charge a service fee of CA$85.00 plus 5% GST (CA$89.25 total) for this assistance.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Government of Canada, Service Canada, Sun Life, or any government institution. We do not decide eligibility, approve applications, or issue dental coverage — those decisions are made solely by the relevant government bodies. You may apply directly and free of charge through the Government of Canada.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application;
• Use the service only for yourself or for a person you are legally authorized to represent;
• Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
• Not upload malicious code or impersonate any person or entity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, date of birth, Social Insurance Number, marital and family details, and contact information. Information that does not match government records may delay or prevent the processing of your application. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

The Website is intended for adults. Applications involving children or dependants must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative who consents to these terms on their behalf.

The fee for our assistance is CA$85.00 plus 5% GST (CA$89.25 total), charged at the time of submission. This fee is for our administrative assistance only and is separate from any government program, which is itself free to apply for. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the service described.

We aim to review and prepare submissions promptly, typically within a few business days. Government review and approval timelines are outside our control and are determined by the relevant government body. We do not guarantee any specific processing time or outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOHA2Y LLC is not liable for:

• Decisions made by the Government of Canada or any government body regarding eligibility or coverage;
• Delays, errors, or outcomes caused by inaccurate information provided by you;
• Technical interruptions, downtime, or events beyond our reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website.

We do not guarantee that your application will be approved, as approval is solely at the discretion of the government.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

The Website may link to third-party websites (for example, official government pages). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by SOHA2Y LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or service at any time, including for maintenance or in response to a violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
