To prepare your CDCP application, we may collect:

• Identity details: full name, date of birth, and Social Insurance Number (SIN);
• Family details: marital status and, where applicable, your spouse or common-law partner's name, year of birth, and SIN, and dependant information;
• Contact details: email address, phone number, and home address;
• Eligibility details: information about private dental insurance, other government dental benefits, and tax-filing status;
• Technical data: limited information such as IP address for security and basic analytics.

We use your information to:

• Prepare and submit your Canadian Dental Care Plan application on your behalf;
• Communicate with you about your application, including status updates and approval notifications;
• Process your service-fee payment through our payment provider;
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured systems. Particularly sensitive identifiers, such as your Social Insurance Number, are encrypted at rest and access is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to assist with your application. We never ask for your CRA login or any government account credentials.

We share personal information only as necessary to deliver our service — for example, with the relevant Government of Canada body when submitting your application, and with our secure payment processor. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell or rent your data.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal or regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal limits;
• Withdraw consent or ask questions about how your data is handled.
