Refund Policy

Our fee is charged for the administrative assistance we provide in preparing and submitting your Canadian Dental Care Plan application. It is not a government fee and does not guarantee approval, which is decided solely by the Government of Canada.

If you request a refund before we have begun working on your application, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.

Once our team has started preparing or has submitted your application, the fee reflects work already performed. In that case a refund may be partial or unavailable, depending on how much of the work has been completed at the time of your request.

Refunds are not available where:

• The application has already been submitted to the government on your behalf;
• Inaccurate or incomplete information you provided caused a delay or rejection;
• The government declines your application for reasons of eligibility, which are outside our control.

To request a refund, email contact@applycdcp.ca with your name and application reference number. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
